Ben Hanafin's company, Carova Management, LLC has earned millions of dollars for clients and associates by implementing two key management obligations: interim executive leadership and strategic planning.   
Ben developed his distinctive planning process while President of PyMaH Corp., international manufacturer of diagnostic medical devices that grew from $6 million to $40 million in annual sales. With manufacturing facilities in New Jersey, California and Europe, PyMaH Corp grew through both internal product development and acquisition. The company owned 290 active patents when 3M Health Sciences Division acquired PyMaH Corp in the third largest acquisition 3M ever made as of that date.  
 
Since selling PyMaH Corp, Ben works across industry lines as an interim executive in product-based companies. Assignments include tech, software, railroad parts, food processing and medical devices.

 

He also implemented strategic planning processes in companies including medical communication, plastic molding, medical devices, motorcycle dealership, real estate and helicopter accessories.   
 

Ben has been a long time member of the International Young Presidents Organization. His Board of Directors experience includes private company, public company and charitable organizations.

Ben travels extensively, lived in Europe, speaks French and currently resides in New Jersey.
